I discovered some flaws with this system. Now I am trying to fix it. First two joints should be made like hinges, all the others like ball sockets with limited movements.

Servo torques should be applied to specific joints.
If you want to use servo and wires, I recommend you to use bowden-cable mechanism (like brake system of bicycle).
