The HACKberry on exiii’s website is separated by color. And i wanted to build like that. However, the STL datas of “PalmBase” and “BackCover” are includes both color. So we need to paint or something after 3D print. Then we separated these 3D model by color. The Step datas and STL datas here. After 3D printing, adhered them and built the rest normally. Now you can see difference between them. This topic was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by Yuki Ogasawara. This topic was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by Yuki Ogasawara. I’d like to be able to perform this cut on the new versions. Thanks Chris. 2017年11月14日 at 9:35 PM #1431 Yuki OgasawaraKeymaster Hi Chris. Actually i didn’t cut this model myself. So i can’t original way to separate these palm and back model. But, i think you can cut newest model with using my separated data above. what you have to do is 1.Download newest palm and back model from github. we call it A. 2.Download my surface model. not mechanical one. we call it B. 3.Using any kind of CAD, cut A with using B. if you have any question, tell me again. regards.
