    Help me with the electrician

    Hiroshi Yamaura

Hi, do you have any trouble?

Ardino computer and closes off . izvenyayus I Gowar via google translator

You can follow any responses to send me of electronics assembly. I’ll pay .I see what I’m doing wrong . because the computer restarts ardino

    Hiroshi Yamaura

    Wow, great progress!

    I saw your video.
I think DC-DC converter doesn’t work because its LED is not lighted.
    Could you check it?

    Hiroshi Yamaura

I want to clarify your problem.
If you connect servo motors to HandBoard, Arduino is reset when you turn on the switch.
    Is it right?

Could you give me the picture of the other side?

Я хочу уточнить, вашу проблему .
Если вы подключите сервоприводы к HandBoard , Arduino сбрасывается, когда вы включите .
    Правильно ли это ?

Не могли бы вы дать мне картину с другой стороны?

    Hiroshi Yamaura

    Oh, sorry. It actually works.

How many voltage do you apply to servo motor?
    Output voltage should be 4.8-6.0[V].
If it is not in the range, please adjust it by rotating this knob.

Thanks Hiroshi now he does not turn off . did the bare minimum now going Sobieraj volts and check soon lay out a video

heated ardino. how many volts you need to ardino?

    Hiroshi Yamaura

Arduino micro can accept 6 -20v.
In this model, battery’s output is directly connected to arduino.
The battery’s rated voltage is 7.2v.

Thank ! Tomorrow I will gather

https://youtu.be/DpPiHrXERrs something goes wrong =(( dc-dc 7.3 v less is not done. can because of it ?

    Hiroshi Yamaura

Is your DC-DC converter connected the other way around?
    Please double check.

    Hiroshi Yamaura

Anyway, your index finger actually works. Congrats!
After checking DC-DC converter, please check the value of the sensor.
    1. connect arduino to PC via USB.
    2. Run arduino IDE.
    3. Opens the serial monitor window.
    4. Check the “value” in the serial monitor window.

    Hiroshi Yamaura

    Sorry, I can’t understand.
Could you write English with Russian?
I will use Google translation to translate Russian into Japanese.

—The followings are the result of google translation (added by Yamaura)—

That’s exactly =))) dc-dc is connected properly. The fact that by a large voltage is blown (Ardino it works but I can not download it ) will come in 30 days and the fee is ardino 3. Could not you send me the collected electric charge ( if you send me all the assembly , I will pay you . that I could always do as you correctly )

спокойной ночи извени поздно у вас

—The followings are the result of google translation (added by Yamaura)—

    goodnight I’m sorry you later

    Hiroshi Yamaura

    Please write Russian and English.
This topic is not only for you and me.
Other people will also check this topic.
They will solve their problems the same as us.
Therefore, I want to keep this topic understandable to other people.

I guess you want to buy assembled electronics components.
Sorry, we can’t deal with it for now.
    We’re now preparing for this.

However, I think you’re only one step away from the completion.

    Please check your sensor value.

If you can’t, tell me why.
    Was Arduino broke?

    Hiroshi Yamaura

    I had the similar problem.
I’m not sure but the following link may help you.
Refer the method in “Uploading Code to the Leonardo and Micro”

Press and hold the reset button on the Leonardo or Micro, then hit the upload button in the Arduino software. Only release the reset button after you see the message “Uploading…” appear in the software’s status bar. When you do so, the bootloader will start, creating a new virtual (CDC) serial port on the computer. The software will see that port appear and perform the upload using it. Again, this is only necessary if the normal upload process (i.e. just pressing the uploading button) doesn’t work.

When I connected dc-dc -24 volts – Ardino no longer lit green light. I tried to do this time is written on the site (no contact). thank you very much for your help, I will wait to send the new Ardino

    Hiroshi Yamaura

    OK, I understand your situation.
Let’s wait for a new arduino.

    Hiroshi Yamaura

    Do you have any problem?
    Is the thumb broken?

often breaks. I changed it a little

    Hiroshi Yamaura

I see. I just added it to our problem list. Thanks.

    Chengji Xu

1I have printed the black parts in this screenshot.
But I happened to find the thumb is not the same like Александр Антонов’s.
I just downloaded all the files on Github several days ago. Are these parts not the newest??
And another little problem….how to post the expression here?~^-^ ~ 😀

    And..Hiroshi Yamaura san~
The 3D printed parts of thumb are not included in the BOM. Are they missed?

    Hiroshi Yamaura

Your thumb data is the newest.
    Please use that data.
If you need previous data, you can download it from github.

Previous thumb was only able to pinch a small object.
Latest thumb can change its posture.
By using this function, you can also grasp larger object such as water bottle.
    Please check this movie.

    Chengji Xu

But I think I have to install Inventor. The wrist parts have not been transformated to STL.
And Kicad, too.Maybe it willl be very useful~~~.\(▔▽▔)/

    Hiroshi Yamaura

    Wrist parts are as below.

You can get all wrist parts from here.

(I just organized the folder yesterday. It will help you to find parts.)

    Chengji Xu

    That’s very kind of you~~~
I just thought the part’s name is Hbwristmount1 as in the assembly. And I can’t find it in the previous STL folder. So I just think it’s missing…

    Lancen Fuller

    Hi Hiroshi,

Awesome work and thank you for sharing!

Myself and a colleague, perform engineering/business in the US, would like to help in accelerating exiii with your company goals and add value anyway we can (i.e. industry experience and our goal is to benefit mankind). Would you and your team be interested in connecting briefly for an introduction over Skype or phone? Please email me: lancenfuller@gmail.com

about the printing, I am considering printing on ABS but saw that also nylon is good.. any suggestions?

    Hiroshi Yamaura

exiii team usually use ABS for HACKberry. We haven’t tried NYLON.
Why don’t you use ABS for now? If you will have a trouble with ABS, you can replace that ABS part with NYLON part.

BTW, could you use/create a proper topic?
The material for FDM have not been discussed in our forum.
Therefore, you can create a topic such as “Printing material for FDM” and can post your question.
I’d be appreciated if you could do so next time.

already did it Hiroshi, thanks for the suggestion…

Привет Hiroshi Yamaura , привет форум вот видео запустил электрику

    Hiroshi Yamaura

Congrats! its movement looks very smooth. I really happy to see that you finished to make HACKberry.
    Thank you so much!
