Was reading the wiki and inside the “make the circuit” link under servo motors, some RXEF040 are added to each servo for safety as I understand, are they necessary? what could happen if they are not added? was looking here and they don’t have the same exact one but the one they sell is for 30V and .5 A, would this one work?
    thanks

RXEF040 and RXEF050 are not necessary but they can prevent the servo from breaking due to overcurrent.
Even if they’re not added, HACKberry can work properly.
However, the servo sometime breaks if overcurrent is continuously applied (I don’t have specific difinition of “continuous”).

was looking here and they don’t have the same exact one but the one they sell is for 30V and .5 A, would this one work?

    Maybe 30V 0.5A can replace RXEF050.
Could you give me the data sheet?
