Hello my name is Elcio, I am a design student from Brazil and I am doing a research through Brazilian scholarship fabricating Hackberry EXIII in FabLab Polytech in St.Petersburg, Russia. I have already printed many parts. I think the project is amazing. Working with your project has opened many opportunities for me.
I’ll be glad to collaborate with all I can.

Any tips on making the PCB board using milling machines? It seems a little difficult to mill both sides with our equipment. I was thinking on milling two boards and put one over the other.

    Hi Elcio,

We disclosed PCB data for Kicad.
You can generate gerber data using Kicad.
As for converting gerber to g-code, please check other web sites.
I used IronRuby and Gynostemma-PCB for the converting. It worked well.
However, it seems that it doesn’t support English unfortunately.

Finally, I also recommend you to use PCB manufacturing service. It is much more easy, stable and not so expensive.
